The primary purpose of this position is to provide support for the coordination of the delivery, restock, and inventory verifications of internal material requirements to ensure timely receipt of required material and efficient delivery of finished product to customers. Performs clerical and physical tasks for receipt of goods. Accountabilities & Responsibilities:  Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.  Assists with running Kanban delivery routes, which include: pick-up, pick/pull process, delivery of goods, transactions and restocking of containers.  Assists with organizing and maintaining direct materials and/or other components stock.  Supports operations planning by monitoring and verifying inventory levels and lot sequences and/or heat numbers.  Provides support with customer service in manning of stockroom counter, processing and distributing incoming and outgoing deliveries.  Assists with ordering product directly from the supplier to ensure material is received within the required timeframe to meet schedules.  Assists with loading and unloading trucks for incoming and outgoing material.  Compiles and maintains computerized records such as material inventory.  Performs other duties as required. Education & Experience:  Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent  Minimum Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment; regulated industry experience preferred. Knowledge & Skills:  Special Skills: Basic computer skills. Understanding of manufacturing operations in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Understanding of inventory practices preferred

Propósito principal del puesto:
Brindar apoyo en la coordinación de la entrega, reabastecimiento y verificación de inventarios de materiales internos, asegurando la recepción oportuna de los insumos requeridos y la entrega eficiente de productos terminados a los clientes. Realiza tareas administrativas y físicas relacionadas con la recepción de mercancías.

Responsabilidades y funciones
•     Cumplir con los valores de Integer y con todos los requisitos de seguridad, medio ambiente, calidad y normativas regulatorias, incluyendo: Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad (QMS), Sistemas de Seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Regulación, normativas de la FDA, políticas de la empresa y procedimientos operativos.
•     Apoyar en la ejecución de rutas de entrega Kanban, que incluyen: recolección, selección, entrega de bienes, registro de transacciones y reabastecimiento de contenedores.
•     Colaborar en la organización y mantenimiento de materiales directos y otros componentes en inventario.
•     Apoyar la planificación de operaciones mediante la verificación de niveles de inventario, secuencia de lotes y/o números de fundición.
•     Brindar soporte en atención al cliente en el mostrador de almacén, procesando y distribuyendo entregas entrantes y salientes.
•     Apoyar en la gestión de pedidos directamente con proveedores para asegurar la recepción de materiales en el tiempo requerido.
•     Colaborar en la carga y descarga de camiones con materiales entrantes y salientes.
•     Compilar y mantener registros computarizados de inventario de materiales.
•     Realizar otras funciones según se requiera.

Educación y experiencia
•     Educación mínima: Bachillerato o equivalente.
•     Experiencia mínima: 0–2 años en un entorno de manufactura; se prefiere experiencia en industrias reguladas.

Conocimientos y habilidades

• Manejo básico de computadora.

• Comprensión de operaciones de manufactura en un entorno regulado (preferible).

• Conocimiento de prácticas de inventario (preferible)

• Conocimiento en realizar movimientos de materiales entre almacenes
• Uso de Monta Cargas, Pallet Jacks
• Preparación de kits en almacén dentro de cuarto limpio, como también picks de materiales en los distintos almacenes.
