What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining the highest culinary and food safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and daily menus
• Assisting with food prep and planning for upcoming meals
• Plating meals with attention to presentation and portion control
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Monitoring food temperatures and maintaining food safety logs
• Supporting meal preparation for special events and functions
• Following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Culinary school degree (preferred but not required)
Experience in hot and cold food preparation
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English in order to follow recipes, food safety logs, and kitchen procedures
Previous experience in healthcare or senior living (a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional appearance and a team-first attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
