The Opportunity:
As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging guest experience, supporting the day-to-day operation of the Front Office and leading the team on shift.
Working closely with the Front Office Manager, you will coordinate daily activities across the front desk, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, efficient service flow and consistent delivery of high standards. You will be a visible, hands-on leader - guiding Guest Service Agents, supporting performance on shift and stepping in to resolve guest queries and challenges as they arise.
You will take ownership of shift operations, including monitoring arrivals and departures, managing guest requests, supporting room allocations and ensuring all procedures and service standards are followed. You will also contribute to team development through on-shift coaching and training, helping to build a confident and capable Front Office team.
With a strong focus on guest satisfaction, you will anticipate needs, respond proactively and ensure each interaction reflects Crystalbrook’s approach to thoughtful, personalised hospitality.
