As a Senior Human Resources Advisor, you will partner closely with leaders to provide high‑quality, senior‑level HR advice, with a strong emphasis on complex employment relations cases. You will be confident working independently, exercising sound judgement, and constructively challenging thinking to bring fresh perspectives and practical solutions in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
You will be comfortable operating with ambiguity and competing priorities, proactively identifying issues and opportunities, and flexing across a broad range of generalist HR matters. Building credibility quickly, influencing outcomes, and adding value through pragmatic and timely advice will be key to your success, along with contributing to core HR priorities, supporting and developing others, and strengthening people leadership capability across the organisation.
