About the Role Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for delivering world-class service? Our Customer Care Specialists are the voice of our brand. You won’t just answer inquiries; you’ll steer the entire customer journey, from the first point of contact to resolving complex cases. What You’ll Do - Be the Voice of Service: Your work starts with human relationships. Managing multi-channel inquiries (phone, email, web) with professionalism and a "customer-first" mindset.
- Drive Order Excellence: Lead the lifecycle of spare parts quotations and order processing, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.
- Master Fulfilment: Proactively monitor order statuses and communicate delivery timelines to keep customers informed.
- Solve Complex Problems: No problem is too hard, collaborating with experts, you persevere with passion until you solve it.
- Champion Improvement: Record feedback, report non-conformances, and use customer satisfaction data to help us sharpen our service.
- Own the Outcome: Manage escalations and close service notifications only when a true resolution is reached.
