Your day-to-day:
Own web and self-service areas from setting strategic direction to delivering concrete outcomes;
Develop and maintain product roadmap based on company's commercial strategy, client needs, and market trends;
Own and optimize the entire visitor-to-purchase funnel, tracking conversion and time-to-value at each stage;
Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain-points, and use cases in self-service context;
Analyze data to identify usage trends and opportunities to improve feature adoption and engagement
Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion rates;
Collaborate with development team to determine technical implementation and prioritize features.
Main requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a product manager or similar role;
Experience in driving product development from idea to launch including owning outcomes;
Experience with self-service or product-led growth, including driving user acquisition with minimal or no sales involvement;
Strong analytical skills with ability to use user behavior and funnel data to identify growth opportunities;
Proven ability to conduct user research and translate customer insights into product features;
Strong communication skills with capability of explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders;
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Nice to have:
Demonstrated success optimizing conversion funnels through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation;
UX intuition with ability to identify friction points and design solutions that make complex workflows feel simple;
Background in UX design, user research or conversion optimization.
