The Role
This role plays a vital part in supporting site operations by managing administration, reporting, and compliance tasks that keep projects running smoothly.
- Perth office and site.
- Pilbara, WA sites.
- Uplift while on site.
- WFH options while in Perth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage flights, accommodation, and travel logistics for project personnel.
- Maintain registers (Electrical Workers, Training & Competency) and ensure compliance.
- Book training and follow up on certifications.
- Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Raise and receipt purchase orders; manage procurement, quotes, and deliveries.
- Maintain site PPE stock levels and inventory
- Monitor HSE data and assist with related reporting.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and coordinate airport runs.
- Provide admin support to the Project Manager and Project Admin Lead.
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as required.
About You
- Previous experience in a site administration or administration role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Construction White Card (preferred).
- Current Driver's Licence.
