Summary: Program Support Specialist Level 3 is responsible for client service, data management, administrative tasks and client training in the LINC Home Study program.
Duties & Responsibilities
Client Service and Support • Provide escalated client service and troubleshoot technical issues • Provide platform and standard operating procedure support to clients • Perform intermediate level webinar moderation Data Management and Reporting • Perform data entry tasks on platforms • Track and maintain data and generate reports • Perform data analytics to support monitoring of program metrics Administrative Tasks • Create webinar events and track attendance. • Create webinar invitations and track responses • Create and administer surveys • Maintain program inventories (capital assets, supplies, etc.) • Perform other administrative duties as required Program Support • Provide program activity support as needed • Support program outreach and promotion • Lead small initiatives Training and Resource Development • Create and deliver training and support resources in various formats for clients Backup and Flexibility • Perform back-up as needed for Program Support Specialists at Level 3 or Level 2 Qualifications • Post secondary degree in relevant discipline • 2 years of customer service/administrative support experience • 1 year of online training experience • Proficient in MS Office suite • Customer service skills • Communication skills • Interpersonal skills • Collaboration skills • Detail-orientation • Time management skills • Ability to learn new technology • Cultural sensitivity • Intermediate data analysis skills • Intermediate presentation skills • Basic instructional design skills • Problem solving skills • LINC experience an asset • Avenue.ca experience an asset • HARTs experience an asset • iCARE experience an asset • Criminal record check required • Occasional evenings and weekends Hourly rate: $30.8
