What you will be doing:
Design and implement secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with organizational goals, developing architectural blueprints and roadmaps.
Lead the migration and deployment of M365 services, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
Configure, optimize, and manage core M365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and the Power Platform.
Manage tenant configurations, security policies, and conditional access via Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
Serve as the primary technical M365 SME, guiding project teams, stakeholders, and IT staff.
Collaborate with IT to ensure M365 solutions meet stringent security, compliance, and governance requirements, and enforce related policies.
Develop custom, value-add solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to address specific business challenges.
Implement automation solutions like incident triage, automated remediation runbooks, and chatbot support flows.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and essential post-implementation support for M365 solutions.
Create and maintain high-quality documentation (runbooks, knowledge base articles) and deliver technical training to IT staff and end-users.
