

Terms of Reference for Facilitation Centres (FC) Coordinator (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)

Organizational Context and Role:
The FC Coordinator will perform their duties at the Facilitation Centres (FCs) throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Facilitation Centres through effective management, oversight and coordination. The FC Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Nutrition in Client Provincial Office (PO), under the guidance of the Client Head of PO and technical oversight from Client Country Office Implementation Support Unit (ISU).
Management Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management, oversight, and coordination of the FC.
Ensure that the standardized structure of the FC and its service delivery is fully operational.
Effectively coordinate with the FC Staff to ensure maximum integration/cooperation.
Operational Responsibilities:
Support CPs in compiling their distribution and other relevant report required by Client.
Any additional tasks as needed by Client at the Provincial Office (PO) or Country Office (CO) level.
Education & Qualification:
Minimum requirement is bachelors degree in social science, nutrition, health or related field. An equivalent qualification might be accepted if accompanied by at least 2 years of experience in nursing, nutrition, health or related field. Good understanding of English language, together with proficiency in URD and local language, is required.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in nursing, health, nutrition or comparable field. Previous experience with Nashonuma Nutrition Programme or working in Facilitation Centers will be a distinct advantage.
