Position Summary:
The HR Generalist will act as a key partner in managing day-to-day HR operations and employee relations at Interwood Mobel. This role supports various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation to ensure a productive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate and maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Assist in performance management processes including performance reviews and feedback cycles.
- Address employee inquiries and support resolution of routine employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR Business Partners to support organizational goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, retail, or related industries.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience is advantageous.
