As a Learning & Development Consultant at threon, you play an active role in designing and developing high-quality learning experiences. You’ll learn how to translate theory into practice while building engaging training materials and tools. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and internal teams to support the development of learning solutions that are practical, scalable and grounded in real client needs.
Designing and developing learner-centered training programs across synchronous, blended, and asynchronous learning environments.
Creating and maintaining training and non-training materials such as competence assessments, coaching frameworks, learning goals, and exercises.
Building and curating project management and change management content in our learning management system (LearnWorlds).
Managing and prioritizing the Academy product improvement backlog to continuously enhance our learning offering.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (business units and HR) to align training content with business needs and strategic goals.
Ensuring training materials are practical, engaging, and aligned with real-world client challenges.
You work on diverse and meaningful projects across industries, with real impact on people and organizations.
You operate with a high level of autonomy while being supported by a strong, collaborative team.
You continuously develop your skills through a personalized growth plan, including coaching, certifications, and training.

Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Affinity with project management (plan-driven, hybrid, agile) and/or change management.
Experience with or strong interest in instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE), ideally including training needs analysis.
Experience with (or willingness to learn) working with learning management systems (LMS).
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging learning experiences.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
