JOB PURPOSE:
Support enterprise planning, performance tracking, and operational excellence initiatives within the CEO Office by assisting in KPI monitoring, structured reporting, and cross-functional coordination to enhance alignment, visibility, and execution discipline across the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
● Assist in preparing annual and quarterly planning documents.
● Support tracking of corporate KPIs and OKRs.
● Manage CEO’s Calendar.
● Prepare structured dashboards using Excel or similar tools.
● Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
● Track action items from CEO meetings.
● Maintain organized documentation for governance and reporting.
● Support benchmarking and market research activities.
● Coordinate with departments to ensure timely reporting submissions.
● Ensure data accuracy and validation before reporting.
● Support continuous improvement documentation.
