As a Solution Specialist, you will support and maintain TOMRA’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and DocuSign. You will be part of the Global Application Team within Group IT, providing professional and timely support to HR end users across a global organization. You will work closely with colleagues in the Global Application team, as well as with other IT teams.
The role combines system administration with hands‑on operational support, contributing to stable systems, high data quality, and a positive user experience. You will help ensure that our HR systems meet business needs while complying with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
The role will be reporting to Group Application Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
In addition, you will support troubleshooting and escalations by collecting the necessary information and collaborating with L3 support when required. You will produce operational and compliance‑related reports from HRIS and work closely with the Group Application Manager on reporting related to adoption, compliance, performance, capacity, and license usage.
