Eligibility
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors preferably Masters from an HEC recognized institute/university.
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Strong understanding of FTC principles and regulatory expectations.
- Designing sustainable customer-focused policies and procedures
- Conduct risk management with a customer-first approach.
- Monitoring customer outcomes using data-driven insights.
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on sustainable remediation
Experience
- More than 10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading design and implementation of the Fair Treatment of Customers (FTC) framework
- Lead all internal, external, and regulatory audits end-to-end along with satisfactory outcomes
- Establishing governance procedures to monitor and improve FTC alignment within customer journeys
- Managing conduct risk and mitigating unfair customer treatment
- Analyzing customer grievances and implementing data-driven improvements
