Collaborate with relevant departments on procurement requirements and provide support in the procure-to-pay process including the tender process (issuance of request for proposals/quotations, comparison, evaluation, negotiations, internal approvals), purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Manage the procurement system, continuously explore opportunities to streamline the process in accordance with the overall directives, procurement policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards, and prepare routine management reports on procurement activities and performance.
Utilise spend analytics to identify spend data to streamline operations, optimise costs and provide insights to enhance decision making
Risk management
Manage operational risk process including risk recording, test of effectiveness and staff training in accordance to group framework and reporting requirements
Facilitate development and implementation of business continuity plans
Coordinate communication with relevant departments and head office in the event of risk triggers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field
2-3 years working experience in a related field, experience in indirect procurement preferred
Strong structural, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Sound knowledge in procurement, risk management and design of internal control systems
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
Good team player and willing to work in multicultural environment
