Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with McEasy’s business goals and expansion plans
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture
- Build scalable HR frameworks to support rapid growth (startup to scale-up transition)
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy, especially for tech, sales, and operations roles
- Strengthen employer branding to position McEasy as a top talent destination in SaaS/logistics
- Optimize hiring processes, speed, and quality of hires
3. Performance Management & Culture
- Drive a high-performance culture through structured performance management systems
- Implement KPI/OKR frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Lead performance calibration, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
4. Organization Development & Change Management
- Design organizational structures that support agility and scalability
- Lead transformation initiatives (e.g., restructuring, culture shifts, leadership capability building)
- Ensure strong employee engagement and retention strategies
5. Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
- Oversee competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market benchmarks
- Ensure HR policies, compliance, and governance are in place and scalable
- Drive HR analytics and data-driven decision making
6. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, transparent, and high-trust work environment
- Handle complex employee relations issues with strong judgment and fairness
- Lead engagement surveys and actionable improvement plans
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in tech/startup or high-growth environments
- Proven experience in scaling organizations (100 → 500+ employees is a big plus)
- Deep expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR with company strategy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
