The Role
The Head of Compliance and Risk Management Division is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling all programs within the Compliance & Risk Management Division, including:
- Implementing risk management processes and providing risk-related reports for monitoring company performance and supporting management decision-making.
- Managing business continuity programs to ensure critical business functions continue during normal, emergency, and post-incident conditions.
- Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with OJK regulations.
- Ensuring company compliance in all operational activities and managing the Early Warning System (EWS).
Responsibilities
- Develop work plans and budgets for the Compliance & Risk Management Division.
- Ensure all processes comply with GCG, SOPs, and regulations.
- Manage risk analysis, mitigation strategies, and portfolio risk.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team.
- Ensure smooth operations and optimize resources.
- Improve systems, procedures, and workflows.
- Collaborate internally and externally.
- Oversee administrative functions.
- Evaluate risk management systems.
Core Duties
- Ensure job descriptions and SOPs are aligned with business developments.
- Conduct coaching and mentoring.
- Act as a role model for company values (AKHLAK).
- Oversee compliance, reporting governance, and risk security.
- Approve and control division budgets.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across the company.
- Ensure compliance implementation in all activities.
- Report compliance and risk issues.
- Plan and ensure EWS runs effectively.
- Ensure all business units operate according to regulations.

Requirements
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Certifications:
- CRMP (Risk Management)
- Insurance certification (AAAIK / AAAIJ minimum)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
