What you'll do:
Work directly with the co-founder/COO to drive product development and operations strategy
Interface directly with customers to understand their needs and serve as their advocate internally
Translate customer feedback into product roadmaps and technical specifications
Lead data analysis projects to uncover insights that inform product decisions
Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to scope client engagements
Help prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
What we're looking for:
4+ years in analytical roles (data, finance, consulting, or similar quantitative fields)
Proven track record of rapidly mastering new technical skills
Strong analytical foundation - proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python) or history of fast technical adoption
AI/ML familiarity is a plus
Client-facing experience - comfortable presenting findings and building relationships with external stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in fast-paced environments and passionate about building from the ground up
Strong conviction - self-starter who pushes initiatives forward and challenges assumptions when data supports it
