Essential Skills:
- PMP or Prince 2 Certification
- Strong MS Project Skills
- Project Planning and management for Functional / Technical projects
- Ability to multi-task and be well organized
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent skills in managing customer meetings at executive level and also at project level
- Understands Waterfall / Agile methodology for Project delivery
- Good grasp of Retail Functions
- Exposure to ERP Implementation lifecycle or Retail Management Software life cycle.
- People management skills with ability to manage development team
- Understands Agile methodology for Project delivery
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of retail industry applications and processes like POS
- Retail Industry knowledge is a must
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and educate fellow team members
- Project Lead/Manager is responsible for the development of advanced and high quality deliverables, on-time and within budget to meet client expectations.
- Develop and manage project plans, gather business requirements and coordinate with other team leads to map business processes.
- Manage Customer Interaction, Develop artifacts for ALL Customer interaction
- Manage deliverables through projects / Tasks and Follow-up and action to closure
- Ability to delegate, supervise, and develop junior consultants
- Project Lead is also expected to build and maintain client relationships
- Designing and developing superior technical approaches and solutions which satisfy clients business needs
- Work with cross functional team of RnD, Customer Support in order to deliver solution to client
- Understanding and leveraging expert knowledge about relevant ETP and 3rd party technology
