Position Overview:
As a Tech Support Analyst, you'll play a vital role in our 24/7 Tech Support team, assisting our valued customers with software and hardware issues they encounter in their stores. The challenges you'll tackle span various fields, including networking, hardware, and software, ensuring that your training and knowledge will continuously evolve.
Please Note: This is a 24/7 rotational position, offering additional compensation for bank holidays and night hours.
