Currently, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) that will help to drive the business in Italy, mainly in security and access control sector, and should be preferably based in the Northeast Italy (Triveneto, Emilia Romagna). We offer chance to work with products which are one of the best and of the highest quality in their field. I’m looking for a professional who is experienced mainly in commercial & office market. Experience in low-voltage current and electrical channel is an advantage.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following key activities:
Developing sales activities in Italy.
Maintaining and expanding cooperation with existing partners.
Acquiring new partners and building a strong distribution network.
Negotiating with customers and actively selling our products.
Collaborating with partners on end-customer projects.
Analyzing business and market trends and reporting to the HQ in the Czech Republic.
Contributing to the creation of the regional business strategy.
Presenting and promoting the assigned product portfolio.
Cooperating on product marketing initiatives.
Attending trade shows and industry fairs.
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
Strong inner motivation and a clear drive to achieve goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent command of Italian (native speaker); English is an advantage.
Team leadership or managerial experience is an advantage.
Experience with intercom solutions or the electrical market is an advantage.
Ability to design solutions, select suitable products, and integrate/interconnect them.
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
High school or university degree.
