Platform & Content Group (PCG) is responsible for the company's Internet platform and the integrated development of the content and culture ecosystem. PCG integrates social platforms such as QQ and QZone with traffic platforms such as Tencent's App Store and browsers, as well as content platforms including news, videos, sports, live broadcasts, animes and movies to develop a better growth environment for Tencent's content ecosystem. PCG promotes the cross-platform and multi-modal development of IP, with the overall goal of creating more diversified premium digital content experiences for more users.

What the Role Entails

Responsibilities

1.【Content Rating & Compliance】

Conduct content rating assessments and system entry according to KMRB standards; audit internal/external promotional materials and ads to ensure compliance with local regulations and minor protection laws.

2.【Community Operation & User Feedback】

Build and manage local Korean communities to drive engagement; resolve user feedback and complaints regarding content ratings and playback experience.

3.【Social Media Operation】

Manage daily operations for WeTV’s Korean social channels (IG, X, YouTube, Naver, etc.), including scheduling, copywriting, and multimedia content production (images/videos).

4.【Data Analysis & Field Support】

Conduct regular data reviews to optimize operations and compliance strategies; assist in offline promotional events and general marketing support.

Who We Look For

Requirements

1.【Language & Cultural Background】

Native-level Korean (Native or long-term resident) with professional proficiency in Chinese and English; deep interest in film/TV; familiarity with Korean broadcasting standards or pop culture preferred.

2.【Education】

Bachelor’s degree or above (Media, Marketing, or Film preferred); open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-5 years of experience; requires high cultural sensitivity and a rigorous approach to compliance.

3.【Sense of Trends】

Heavy user of Korean social media with a strong aesthetic sense; able to capture viral trends and identify "hit" content potential.

4.【Technical Skills】

Proficient in design and editing tools (PS, PR/CapCut, Canva) and Excel for data processing.

5.【Core Competencies】

Strong execution and stress management skills; capable of multitasking with a detail-oriented, result-driven mindset.
