Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责
1. Project Management: Manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables for game updates, localized content, and cross-functional campaigns (Marketing, Ops, Esports).
2. Cross-Regional Hub: Act as the connector between Shenzhen HQ and local teams. Establish asynchronous communication workflows, and balance HQ's efficiency requirements with local market agility.
3. GTM & Operational Execution : Collaborate with the OPS and user engagement teams to coordinate Go-To-Market strategies.
Qualifications / 任职要求
1. Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Game Publishing, Game Production, or Technical Project Management, preferably with a focus on overseas markets.
2. Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of North American and Latin American gaming ecosystems, player behaviors, and localization nuances.
3. Language Skills : Native or highly fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (Crucial for HQ-to-Regional communication). Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a massive plus.
4. Hard Skills: Master of project management and tools.
5. Soft Skills : Unparalleled resilience and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a chaotic, fast-paced environment across multiple time zones without losing sight of the strategic goal.
