• Proven ability to manage and resolve specialty claims from initial notification through to settlement, with a focus on compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, brokers, and service providers, ensuring smooth claims handling.
• Analytical skills to prepare clear reports and identify opportunities for process improvement in support of business objectives.
