We are looking for a Sales Coordinator, Facility Rentals
As a Sales Coordinator, Facility Rentals, you provide administrative and coordination support to the Facility Rentals team and the Event Production team at the Canadian Museum of History and the Canadian War Museum. You support the planning and coordination of activities for both teams. You also help ensure smooth daily operations. You assist with event, marketing, and sales projects. You may also work on special projects and other related tasks as needed.

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience:
· Experience in sales support or commercial coordination;
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines;
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of:
· Museum activities and services, including facility rentals and event production;
· Business processes, office administration, procedures, financial controls, and budgeting;
· Sales and marketing techniques focused on client relationships;
· Database management and technology tools;
· Software: Word, Excel, Outlook, Artifax, and CRM systems.
Education: College diploma in administration, marketing, hospitality, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in sales, event planning, or marketing.
Compensation: E4– $61,067 to $75,573
Status: Permanent Full-Time Position (# 90232)

Location: 100, Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec
