Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT systems, infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, and security, while driving a cloud‑first technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of all IT systems.
- Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, data storage, and cloud platforms, supporting business scalability and growth with a cloud‑first approach.
- Lead the regional IT team in maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the organization’s technology landscape.
- Own operational incident management, including major escalations (P1/P2), root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of preventive measures.
- Maintain operational readiness through monitoring, patching, backup management, disaster recovery (DR), and capacity planning.
- Ensuring IT assets, systems, and services continuously evolve to meet changing business requirements and excellent experience in ITSM tools
- Coordinate cloud operations including performance monitoring, cost optimization, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and migrations, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Apply best practices in project management, risk management, and change management.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess IT needs and address operational and strategic challenges.
- Coordinate project execution with business stakeholders, MSPs, and technology partners.
- Ensure vendors comply with contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards.
- Conduct structured service reviews, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading IT operations and transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of data center operations and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Excellent understanding of IT systems, networks, and emerging technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Experience implementing cybersecurity best practices and IT governance frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
- Experience in cloud computing, virtualization, and data analytics.
