We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented analyst with excellent communication skills to support business decision-making across different functions. The role involves working with data, systems, and business processes to deliver insights, improve efficiency, and manage risk.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Perform financial, operational, credit and risk-based analysis
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Finance Analysis & Business Support
- Financial Analysis of customers and suppliers for credit decisions
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Conduct variance analysis and profitability assessments
- Support credit and risk management as per fund framework
Technology & Systems
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with teams to implement system improvements
- Work on data validation, system testing, and automation initiatives
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with finance, tech, and operations teams
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, economics, business or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of financial concepts and risk analysis
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills – written and oral
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work across multiple domains and adapt quickly
