Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager – Business Development (HR) to drive business growth and client acquisition for captive and group captive renewable energy projects in Haryana and nearby regions. The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-commercial expertise in the renewable energy sector, particularly in Wind, Solar, and Hybrid projects, along with in-depth knowledge of Open Access regulations and power market dynamics.
The role requires strong relationship management, strategic business development capabilities, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end customer engagement from lead generation to contract closure.
