The Role

This is a frontline, initial contact position providing a welcoming introduction to people accessing Cyrenian House. This role involves both consumer-focused responsibilities and general administrative duties, including maintaining client records, transferring calls, and liaising with external service providers.
The position is offered as full-time (76 hours). Applicants are required to have some flexibility and must be able to work one evening shift per week until 8pm on Monday or Thursday.
The position will be based at our Cyrenian Central Office on Fitzgerald Street, Perth.
Level 2 / 3 - $79,917.18- $90,594.73 per annum plus superannuation and salary packaging.
