Educational Leader Curriculum Support (Part-time role)
About the role.
A rare opportunity to join our team as Educational Leader who will inspire educators, elevate practice, and collaborate with Centre Manager to ensure all programs promote healthy development, wellbeing and learning for children at the service.
At Saranna Early Childhood Education and Care Centre (SECECC), where we are dedicated to providing quality care and education to children in a nurturing, supportive environment, the holistic wellbeing and development inclusive of all children. The key responsibilities are supporting educators in developing and implementing educational programs in the service and assisting the Centre Manager in implementing and maintaining the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and the National Model Code for Early Childhood Education and Care. They will adhere to the National Quality Framework, National law, National regulations, National quality standards and the approved learning frameworks.
In this role, you will build and sustain positive, collaborative relationships that are central to your pedagogy and guided by the Centre philosophy, demonstrating professional leadership in your interactions with children, families, educators and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes.
The Educational Leader will also be asked to act as the person in charge / second in charge (2IC) in the absence of the Centre Manager.
This position is offered as 60 hours per fortnight working Monday to Friday. Level 5 $86,157 to $88,905 per annum (pro rata basis) plus superannuation and salary packaging opportunity.
