We are looking for a new Senior Sales Specialist for our great Japan team.
What you do
Deal Desk
- Contributes to acquisition process and coordination in collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams
- Ensures accuracy and consistency between quotes, contracts, and operational execution (e.g. pricing, scope, billing conditions)
- Reviews commercial and contractual terms, identifying potential risks and escalating where appropriate
- Coordinates internal approval processes and ensure timely deal progression
- Acts as a key contact point and facilitates alignment across cross-functional teams
- Contributes to process improvements and best practices in deal execution
- Maintains visibility of key deal information and support data accuracy across systems (Salesforce and related tools)
Operations
- Handles quote preparation, order processing, and data entry in relevant systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Takes care of delivery coordination and invoice triggering activities
- Updates and maintain accurate sales and operational data for reporting and tracking purposes.
What you bring
Required Skills & Experience:
- You have university degree.
- + 5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Inside Sales, or similar roles
- Good understanding of commercial processes and basic contract structures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Business level Japanese and English
Nice to Have:
- Experience in software, automotive, or B2B environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems
- Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
