Sproxil is seeking ambitious and driven Graduate Sales Account Officers to support business growth across high-impact sectors such as agriculture, agrochemicals, and export commodities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with strong commercial instincts and an interest in technology-driven solutions for supply chain transparency and product authentication.
The successful candidates will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and supporting the adoption of Sproxil’s digital solutions, including GS1 EPCIS standards, across industries with critical traceability and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within agriculture, agrochemicals, and export-driven sectors
• Support client acquisition efforts by conducting outreach, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Assist in managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments (e.g., EUDR), and competitor activities
• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates
Target Sectors / Industry Focus
• Agriculture & Export Commodities: Supporting compliance with international regulations such as EUDR through traceability solutions
• Agrochemicals & Seeds: Promoting product authentication to combat counterfeit inputs
• Subsidized Agricultural Inputs: Enabling tracking systems to reduce diversion and improve distribution efficiency
• Other Export-Driven Industries: Including critical minerals and sectors requiring robust supply chain visibility
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Economics, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (NYSC candidates or recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and technology solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge or exposure to agriculture, logistics, or export markets is an added advantage
• Knowledge or exposure to FMCG is an added advantage
