Role Overview
The Business Development Lead – ERP Solutions is
responsible for
driving strategic growth, generating new ERP business
opportunities, and expanding NetOne’s ERP footprint
. This role involves
end-to-end
management of the sales process
, from lead generation to proposal
development, negotiation, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client
relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Business Growth
-
Drive revenue growth and market share for
NetOne’s ERP solutions.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales
targets.
-
Identify, develop, and manage ERP leads and
opportunities, ensuring successful conversion to orders.
-
Maintain a robust ERP sales pipeline with
tracking of progress and conversion ratios.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain long-term strategic
relationships with ERP clients.
-
Understand client business needs and
recommend tailored ERP solutions.
-
Lead client presentations, product demonstrations,
and proposal pitches.
-
Act as the main interface between ERP
clients and internal teams for seamless solution delivery.
Proposal & Contract Management
-
Prepare professional proposals, quotations,
bids, and RFP responses.
-
Manage contract reviews, negotiations, and
approvals.
-
Coordinate with ERP vendors (e.g., Sage)
and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Strategic Contribution & Reporting
-
Provide insights to optimize ERP sales
strategies and revenue outcomes.
-
Submit timely sales and pipeline reports to
management.
-
Undertake special assignments or
secondments focused on ERP revenue growth and strategic initiatives.
-
Stay up-to-date with ERP market trends,
competitive offerings, and client requirements.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration, Information
Technology, or a related field.
Master’s degree
is an advantage.
-
5–7 years’ experience
in ERP or software solutions sales, business
development, or pre-sales, preferably in B2B/enterprise environments.
-
Proven track record of
generating new
business, meeting/exceeding revenue targets, and managing complex sales
cycles
.
-
Experience in
account management
and
developing
long-term strategic client relationships
.
-
Hands-on experience with
ERP solutions
such as
Sage 300 ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
is
highly desirable.

Experience preparing
proposals, bids,
RFPs, and managing contract negotiations
.
-
Demonstrated ability to
coordinate with
internal technical teams and ERP vendors
for successful solution
delivery.

Proficiency in
CRM systems, sales
tracking, and reporting tools
.
-
Strong
communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills
.

driving license
and
passport
