At VistaPrint, the SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) team is the backbone of a safe, sustainable, and excellence-driven workplace. We don't just enforce rules; we partner with Production, Logistics, and Engineering to build a culture where safety and quality are second nature. We are looking for a proactive professional to help us drive continuous improvement across our state-of-the-art production floor.
As a SHEQ Specialist, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy. You will manage essential quality processes independently while providing vital support to our Engineering teams on larger-scale projects. You are the critical link between high-level safety standards and daily operational execution.
Quality Management: Support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). Perform advanced process audits and analyze statistical data to ensure compliance.
Safety Inspections: Proactively inspect work sites to detect hazards, facilitating immediate reporting and resolution to maintain a gold-standard work environment.
Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace incidents and customer complaints. You’ll identify root causes and propose sustainable corrective actions.
Process Improvement: Propose changes to testing parameters and frequencies. You will identify opportunities to streamline procedures and escalate deviations when necessary.
Mentorship & Training: Deliver training sessions on regulatory topics and act as a mentor for junior team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to maintain documentation and prepare for external ISO audits.
We value diverse perspectives. Even if you don’t check every single box, we encourage you to apply if you have the drive to grow with us.
Education: MBO level 3 or 4 in a technical or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in quality and safety within a manufacturing or production environment.
Technical Skills: Ability to collect samples, conduct visual inspections, and use data to drive real-world improvements.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; you can easily translate complex safety rules into understandable instructions for a diverse workforce.
Ownership: You are comfortable planning your own work and taking responsibility for decisions within your scope.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with ISO standards or formal auditing.
A "hands-on" mentality with a sharp eye for detail.
Ambition to obtain further specialized safety or quality certifications.
