The position
The Head of SPV Services will lead CSC’s Jersey-based SPV Services team (Real Estate Services and Corporate Services), with accountability for client service delivery, governance standards, people leadership, and commercial performance. This role partners with senior stakeholders to execute the service line strategy, strengthen risk and regulatory oversight, and drive profitable growth across a portfolio of complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.
You will lead a high-performing team delivering director services, corporate administration, company secretarial, bookkeeping, and accounting services across both Corporate and Real Estate SPV structures. This role falls within the scope of the Jersey Financial Services Commission’s definition of “Senior Management Function” Category 3.
Your responsibilities
Lead the Jersey SPV Services function, ensuring consistent, high-quality administration and governance across Corporate and Real Estate SPVs and related structures
Drive implementation of the SPV Services strategy in Jersey, aligned to CSC Group and service line goals (growth, client experience, operational excellence)
Oversee risk management and compliance within the service line, ensuring policies, procedures, and controls are implemented to agreed standards
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of regulatory, compliance, and risk management frameworks for specified Corporate and Real Estate SPV structures
Manage and develop senior client relationships, acting as relationship lead for key accounts and supporting retention, cross-sell, and new business activity
Build and deliver jurisdiction business plans that achieve agreed financial and operational targets, including budgeting and forecasting responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams; set clear performance expectations and foster a culture aligned to CSC values
Partner with internal stakeholders across CSC (including global service line leadership and other jurisdictions) to deliver seamless multi-jurisdictional solutions
Ensure governance best practices, board/committee effectiveness, and adherence to CSC operating boards’ terms of reference
Maintain personal and professional development, using CSC resources to support leadership effectiveness and continued regulatory competence
Required Qualifications
JFSC Category A employee, holding a Table 4 qualification (or regulator-approved equivalent for the relevant jurisdiction/service line)
Significant leadership experience in SPV services, Real Estate Services, Corporate Services or fiduciary services, within a regulated environment
Strong working knowledge of Jersey regulatory expectations, risk management, and compliance frameworks relevant to Corporate and Real Estate SPV structures
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and deliver against financial and operational targets
Proven client relationship management capability with experience supporting business development and cross-selling
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at senior levels
Strong judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate options and deliver practical, compliant solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience overseeing multi-jurisdictional SPV structures (companies, limited partnerships, unit trusts, and other vehicles)
Experience operating within a global service line model and delivering consistent governance across time zones
Knowledge of the wider range of fiduciary products offered by CSC globally
Professional qualification(s) relevant to corporate governance, accounting, legal, or fiduciary services
Experience leading change initiatives (process improvement, operating model, client onboarding, or risk remediation)
