Role Objective
The Tele caller – Exhibitor Experience will be responsible for connecting with onboarded exhibitors to ensure a smooth setup, resolve basic concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction. The role focuses on building positive relationships and ensuring exhibitors feel supported throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Call newly/existing onboarded exhibitors to:
- Welcome them and explain next steps clearly
- Confirm completion of onboarding requirements
- Address basic queries related to platform/event processes
- Confirm the SPOC details
- Confirm the HOD/CEO details to maintain the database.
- Ensure exhibitors are comfortable using the system, tools, or event guidelines
- Identify concerns or issues and escalate them to the relevant internal team when required
- Maintain accurate call logs, feedback notes, and follow‑up actions in the tracker.
- Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure issues raised are resolved satisfactorily
- Share recurring feedback and improvement suggestions with the Customer Success Manager.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer‑centric tone in every interaction.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Customer‑first mindset with patience and empathy
- Good listening and problem‑understanding ability
- Good computer skills
- Ability to handle objections and concerns calmly
- Clear articulation and confidence over calls
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, or customer success
- Experience in exhibitor management, events, marketplaces, or B2B calling is an advantage
- Graduate or diploma holder (flexible based on skill and experience)

- Number of successful exhibitor connects per day

- Onboarding completion confirmation rate
- Issue resolution turnaround time
