- Review, validate, and process warranty claims from service partners according to XPeng policy and technical guidelines.
- Analyze warranty cost data, failure trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
- Mantain and adapt warranty management trainings for service partners according to XPeng policy.
- Conduct field audits and dealership visits as necessary.
Field Quality Assurance:
- Investigate recurring field issues using real-time vehicle data, diagnostic logs, and service reports.
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Work with XPeng R&D, production, and software teams to provide feedback on product updates and over-the-air (OTA) issue resolution.
- Conduct parts returns analysis as necessary.
- Provide insights from field data to help improve hardware, software, and user experience in future model updates.
Technical Collaboration:
- Collaborate with XPeng’s technical support, engineering, and quality assurance teams in HQ and international markets.
