What You’ll Do as a CDL-A Driver In this role, you’ll be responsible for safe, timely deliveries while representing Kirby Risk with professionalism.
You’ll: • Load and unload electrical and mechanical equipment • Pick up and deliver materials to customer locations • Safely operate company vehicles while following all DOT regulations • Communicate field updates, issues, or concerns to supervisors and internal teams • Provide excellent customer service during all deliveries and interactions • Support additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs
What Makes You a Great Fit • Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record • Must be 21 years of age or older • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Professional communication and customer service skills • Interest in long-term growth with the company
What to Expect in This Role • Day routes starting at 7:00 am • Home daily — no overnight routes • Competitive pay with overtime after 40 hours • Well-maintained, full-service leased fleet and quality equipment • Consistent, driver-friendly schedules that support work-life balance
