Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Lead
is responsible for
building and executing a scalable, data-driven hiring strategy that ensures the organization consistently attracts, engages, and hires high-quality talent. This role leads to employer branding, sourcing strategy, recruitment operations, and workforce planning while acting as a strategic hiring advisor to leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Build a strong employer brand presence across digital platforms.

Lead recruitment marketing campaigns, career content, and hiring promotions.

Represent company in hiring events, universities, and industry forums.

ATS workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations.

Manage recruitment agencies, sourcing partners, and assessment providers.

Negotiate

Qualifications & Experience
