- Systematically and continuously evaluate the company’s market position
- Develop and execute a human resources strategy to achieve budgeted sales targets
- Ensure sustainable reporting within existing Customer Experience Management (CEM) modules
- Prepare continuous reporting on agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management review
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field or successfully completed technical or commercial training
- Several years of experience in sales and market development combined with strong technical understanding
- Experience in the Window & Door Industry is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics in Thailand
- Fluency in English and Thai is mandatory
- Based in the Bangkok metropolitan area
- Solid knowledge of MS Office is required; SAP experience is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills and a structured working approach paired with a professional and confident appearance
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude
- Independent, solution- and goal-oriented working style
