Remuneration:

Base Salary: $55K per annum

Bonuses and OTE: $65K-$100K+ per annum

Career Progression:

Stage 1: Trainee Sales Agent - $55K

Stage 2: Sales Agent - $55K+ Bonuses

Stage 3: Sales Trainer - $60K - $70K+ Bonuses

Stage 4: Team Leader - $90K - $100K+ Bonuses

Stage 5: Team Manager - $120K - $170K+ Bonuses

Requirements:

• Be 18+ years old
• Full-time availability

You’ll begin in a full-time casual role. If you meet your KPIs in the first month, you’ll transition to a permanent full-time position.
