We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Cluster Head of Sales and Marketing to lead the commercial strategy across multiple hotel properties. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage sales teams across multiple properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (corporate, MICE, agencies)
- Oversee marketing activities, including digital campaigns and brand positioning
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and occupancy
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales/marketing role in hospitality
- Proven track record in driving revenue and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of distribution channels, CRM, and hotel systems
- Fluent in English
