What to Expect During Your Internship
As a Customer Insights Intern, you will work closely with a team that transforms customer behaviour and data into meaningful insights that guide business decisions. You will dive into customer research, create surveys, analyze trends, and help uncover opportunities that influence marketing, sales, and product strategies. Throughout the internship, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a data‑driven environment where your work contributes directly to shaping how the business grows and evolves. It’s a chance to build strong analytical skills, explore customer behaviour in depth, and make an impact from the start.
Your responsibilities
Assist in conducting market research to gather customer insights and identify emerging trends
Analyze customer feedback and data to highlight key opportunities for improvement
Support the development and implementation of surveys and questionnaires
Help conduct customer interviews or focus groups to collect qualitative insights
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to translate findings into actionable strategies
Contribute to preparing reports and presentations on research findings
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for enhancing customer experience
Your profile
You are a 3rd or 4th year Bachelor student in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, International Business, or a related field
You bring strong analytical skills and a sharp attention to detail
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ideally, you have some experience with survey tools or research methodologies
You can work independently while also contributing effectively in a team setting
You show enthusiasm for learning and approach tasks with a proactive mindset
You have a strong customer focus, paired with curiosity and empathy
You have excellent spoken and written English skills; German is an advantage
You are available full‑time from September 2026 for a duration of 5–6 months
