About The Role
The Affiliate Marketing Specialist owns the affiliate channel and is responsible for driving sustained growth in affiliate revenue and new customer acquisition. This role focuses on developing and executing a structured, strategic affiliate program by collaborating closely with partners and planning a well-defined affiliate calendar. You will proactively strengthen relationships with key partners while expanding the network with new partners that generate high‑quality traffic and incremental sales.
What You Will Do
- Day-to-day management of our affiliate network and all connected partners
- Maintaining and developing relationships with both current and new partners
- Translating the annual marketing plan into a detailed affiliate campaign plan, segmented by customer segment, partner, and/or category
- Working closely together with the Creative department to develop and provide input for all affiliate marketing campaigns in accordance with the company style, concepts and schedules
- Developing and implementing our European affiliate strategy
- Managing all affiliate marketing KPIs, analysing performance data, and translating insights into clear actions to drive continuous improvement and meet channel/country targets
- Work with the other internal Marketing teams to assure cross-channel campaigns
- Manage relationships with all involved internal and external stakeholders and departments, develop the best possible structures to co-operate with marketing teams, external affiliate partners and external tools
- Primary responsible for the annual affiliate marketing budget of €1-3 mio and revenue of €10-€30 mio
Job Qualifications
Required Knowledge
- Higher vocational degree with a background in eCommerce and/or Marketing
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in Online Marketing and/or Affiliate Marketing
- Knowledge of and experience with different digital marketing channels
- Expert knowledge of relevant digital marketing tools and networks
- Technical knowledge of tracking solutions, feed management and API connections
- Fluent knowledge of English, spoken and written. Other languages (Dutch and/or German) are an advantage.
