About the Centre
Macleod Recreation and Fitness Centre is conveniently located at 157 Wungan Street, Macleod. It offers gym facilities that provide group fitness classes and personal training. Macleod also runs a variety of sport programs for children and adults (basketball, dance, martial arts, gymnastics), and offers birthday parties and school holiday programs for children.
About the role
Here at Macleod Recreation and Fitness Cenre we are looking for motivated Teachers In Charge who can demonstrate problem solving and conflict negotiation. Display interest, enthusiasm, patience, respect and innovation to students and peers. Implement lesson plans that promote group teaching methods, combining stroke development with water safety.

This is a part time position and the hourly rate is $32.34 + super + Y benefits. We have a number of class times and are looking to grow our program, so availability on weekends will be advantageous.
About you
You will be a great communicator with a passion for inspiring and developing water safety and swimming skills in children and young people. Personal attributes such as patience, respect, and enthusiasm will take you far in this role.
