💬 Talking to customers every day - via phone, email and chat. Your goal? Understand their needs, solve problems and deliver world-class service.
💡 Identifying customer needs - and matching them with the right solution. You work actively in a smart and personal way, and build loyalty.
📈 Work data-driven - follow up on KPIs and resolution rates. You like to see results - and you like to improve them.

🛠️ Refining the customer journey - by capturing feedback and collaborating with other departments to improve our service and processes.
✅ We believe you have:
Work experience, - preferably from customer service, sales or retention.
A natural flair for communicating, persuading and building trust.
Experience of working in CRM or support systems.
The ability to work independently with structure - but also a strong team player.
Fluent Norwegian in speech and writing + good knowledge of English.
