Solutions Engineer

This position will join our Presales Team and reports to the Solutions Engineering Manager for your territory. As a Milestone employee, you are the key to our growth. Come work with our lively international team and play a role in our quickly expanding enterprise.
This role is based in Mexico City and is a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days in the office. It requires close collaboration with experienced colleagues to deliver sustainable, people-centered growth.

What You Have
To do well in this role, you will have customer-facing experience in IT or physical security. Demonstrated solid technical foundation, either through education or IT certifications such as MCSE, VCP, or CCNA, is required.
