Job Responsibilities:
- Upload and organize documents within the Child Protection Information Network (CPIN)
- Assist in preparing client files for disclosure in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Support the coordination and scheduling of meetings.
- Conduct research on community resources and services to support client needs.
- Provide administrative support to Child Welfare staff as required.
- Maintain organized and accurate records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with agency standards.
- Collaborate with team members across Child Welfare and Legal departments.
Qualifications:
- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment.
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee protection status for the duration of employment.
- Some post-secondary education in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working in-office where health and safety measures have been put in place
