Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and updating of EDI learning materials, resources, and microlearning content
- Assist with planning, coordination, and delivery of EDI trainings, workshops, and events
- Conduct EDI-related research and support data collection, reporting, and goal tracking
- Contribute to EDI communications, intranet updates, and resource sharing
- Attend EDI committee meetings, trainings, and events; take notes and support follow-up
- Collaborate with the EDI Manager on ongoing and emerging EDI initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Must be between the 18 and 30 years of age at the start of employment.
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment.
- Some post-secondary education, preferably in the area of Office Administration/ Digital marketing and design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), knowledge of Access and database programs, and knowledge of office equipment such as fax, photocopiers, etc.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive, confidential and proprietary information.
